Pastor Andy White
Founder
In 1977, Senior Pastor Andy White graduated with honors from Norwich University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He spent 11 years as a USAF pilot before leaving the Air Force to follow his calling as a pastor/teacher. He founded Faith Family Church in 1994, Life Christian Childcare in 2001 and Life Christian Academy in 2014. He loves God, his wife Deb and kids - young and old.
Deb White
Executive Director
Deb White is an accomplished business woman, ministry leader and mom of two amazing adult children (expect her to show pictures.) She brings her passion for Jesus, children and parenting to Life Christian. She enjoys gardening, painting, and teaching about the Bible, God's love and His plans for others. She also loves traveling with her husband Andy.
Erin Goodwin
Director
My name is Erin Goodwin and I've worked in early childhood for over 20 years now! I am extremely passionate about teaching young children and mentoring the teachers who engage with them daily. I believe we are privileged to be a part of laying an early foundation to give kids a love of learning and a love for Jesus.

I will be married to my high school sweetheart for 28 years this June. We have an adult daughter, son-in law, and son. We have two precious grandchildren and look forward to having more! I love being involved in our church. Together my husband and I have worked with junior high, high school and young adults. I also enjoy camping, doing home projects, cooking, and most of all being with family.
Julie Bush

My name is Julie Bush. I was born and raised in sunny California! I started my early childhood career at the young age of 15! My favorite days at LCPC are chapel days when I get to lead the children in worship and learning about Jesus! When I am not at work, I am a wife and mother of 3 teenage boys. We enjoy all things outdoors like paddle boarding, camping, and hiking. I am blessed to be in a place where I can use the gifts God has given me to build His kingdom.
